LATE WINTER PHOTOS

Days are like spring around here (50's and sunny) but the nights are still dipping down as far as the 20's. I've added some Euphorbia Spurge to the garden (against the wall), as well as several Candytuft, which looks similar to Alyssum but is perennial. I've been working on the big hole which will soon house the Arbequina olive tree. I had to pull one Santolina that didn't make it through the winter but the other two look really spectacular. I also added a new sweet bay to the wall side (the biggest of the three I have so far! It was clearance priced at Sunnyside for $8.00!) And I planted a second grape vine (Chardonnay)  against the former rose wall. Bulbs are coming up everywhere!
